Patrick Painter was born and raised in Wellington. As a third-generation Palm Beach County native, he has extensive connections throughout the County and a thorough understanding of the local real estate markets. After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and the University of Florida Levin College of Law with a Juris Doctor, Patrick returned to Wellington to be close to his family and start his career.
In addition to his role as an Associate at Equestrian Sotheby’s, Patrick is also a licensed Florida attorney and has actively practiced real estate, construction and land use law since 2011. Patrick’s background as an attorney gives him a distinct advantage as a Real Estate Associate as he has handled numerous transactions from contract to closing and negotiated countless complex real estate and construction contracts on behalf of his clients. Through this experience and his dedication to providing the highest level of personal and professional service, Patrick will provide the expertise necessary to navigate through even the most complex real estate transactions.
In 2016, Patrick was recognized by the South Florida Business Journal as one of South Florida’s most influential business leaders and received the prestigious “40 Under 40” Award. Patrick enjoys giving back to the community and has served on the Board of the YMCA of the Palm Beaches since 2013, where he founded The Young Friends of the YMCA. Patrick is also a member of Leadership West Palm Beach, the Historical Society of Palm Beach County, the Florida Bar Real Property and Land Use Law Committees, Associated General Contractors of America (Florida East Coast Chapter) and the UF Alumni Association.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys surfing, spearfishing and spending quality time with his wife, Fiona, who is also an Associate at Equestrian Sotheby’s.
